Addressing Common cPanel Login Problems

- Ensure that the Caps Lock feature on your keyboard is deactivated. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Confirm that you are absolutely certain of the correct cPanel password. Double-check any stored passwords or typed entries.
Understanding Account Lockouts
For security purposes, the system implements an automatic temporary lockout:
- If you make too many unsuccessful login attempts, you will be temporarily locked out of the system.
- The initial lockout period is typically 10 minutes.
- Attempting to log in during the active 10-minute lockout period will cause the lockout duration to be extended further.
Password Reset Procedure
If you have forgotten your cPanel password, it can be easily reset using one of two methods:
