We understand that getting your new product or service online quickly is important. Here is a breakdown of our standard activation and setup times after a successful payment has been confirmed.
Standard Product Activation
The majority of our hosting products, software licenses, and related services are activated instantly after payment processing is complete. This means you gain access to your control panel and resources typically within **a few minutes up to one hour** after confirmation of funds received.
Domain Registration Considerations (Propagation)
If your purchase included a **new domain name registration**, there is an additional factor known as DNS propagation. This is the time it takes for Internet Service Providers globally to update their records to recognize the new domain and direct traffic to your server.
While the technical registration is instant, the propagation process usually completes within **a couple of hours**. In rare cases or due to specific geographical cache timings, this propagation may take up to **24 hours**. Your service is active during this time, but the domain name may not immediately resolve everywhere.
Specialized Product Setup
A small percentage of highly specialized or customized products, such as certain dedicated servers or complex managed solutions, may require manual intervention for final setup and configuration. However, we strive to keep these instances minimal, and for the vast majority of orders, activation is immediate upon successful payment verification.
