Welcome! If you are migrating from another provider, the first step is to sign up for one of our web hosting packages. Please ensure you select the option to transfer your domain during the checkout process. We can help with all aspects of the transfer to make the process simple.
Requesting Our Migration Service
After your new hosting order is complete, if you would like our team to handle the full website transfer for you, please submit a support ticket to the technical department with the necessary details from your previous host:
- The control panel URL for your old host (e.g., cPanel or Plesk login page address)
- Your old host's account name (username)
- Your old host's account password
Updating Domain Name Servers (DNS)
The next essential step is to update your domain's DNS servers. Our Technical Support team will provide you with all the necessary name server information. We can either guide you through updating the DNS at your registrar, or we can handle the entire process for you if you provide us with the required registrar access details.
Timeline and Final Steps
Your website data transfer typically takes no more than 24 hours to be fully migrated to our servers. Separately, the DNS servers require a propagation period, which is usually completed within 24 hours globally.
