This guide provides two methods for updating your cPanel login credentials, depending on whether you currently know your password or need to reset it through the client area.

Method 1: If You Know Your Current cPanel Password

1. Log in directly to your cPanel account.
2. Locate and click on the Change Password link, usually found under the Preferences section.
3. Complete the required fields by entering your old password and then the new password twice.
4. Click the Change your password now! button to finalize the update.

Method 2: If You Do Not Know Your cPanel Password (Using the Client Area)

1. Log in to the client area (or billing portal) where you manage your hosting services.
2. Navigate to the Services section.
3. Select the specific hosting service (or package) for which you need to change the password.
4. Look for and click on the Change Password option associated with that service.
5. Enter the new password in the required fields.
6. Click the Save Changes button to update the cPanel password.
